The temporary tattoo measures about 3 inches wide and about 3 inches tall. Made in the USA.

Temporary Tattoo Application Instructions:
1. Remove clear plastic film.
2. Place tattoo face down on desired area of skin.
3. Apply water using cloth/towel to backing paper and wait 30 seconds.
4. Peel off the backing paper.

Temporary Tattoo Removal: Use baby oil or rubbing alcohol. Do not attempt to remove with water and soap.

CAUTION: DO NOT APPLY TO SENSITIVE SKIN, IN THE EYE/EYE AREA, LIP AREA, OR IF ALLERGIC TO ADHESIVE.
