Bright Copper Metallic beads are just that – bright copper. These shiny beauties bring the copper finish like a shiny new penny. Great for contemporary and old style designs alike. They nearly match the Anishinaabe Bimishimo Copper Jingles, so Jinglers take note! Please note that this is a new metallic color and we have not been able to test the colorfastness. Metallic finish may rub off. Please use with caution.

Metallic beads have a metallic coating over the glass. These are beautiful option for adding some glimmer and glam to your bead project. Basic metallic finish can rub off or tarnish. To prevent tarnish, store beads in a dry, dark place. If these beads are on your powwow outfit, allow it to dry.

Seed beads are a very popular and time-honored option for any bead artist, whether your art is worn on the powwow trail, displayed in a gallery, or adorning a person. They are fairly uniform in shape and size. They can be used in virtually any beaded project, including applique or flat stitch, lane stitch, peyote stitch, loomwork, bead weaving, bead stringing and jewelry making. Since they are so versatile, we recommend using seed beads for beginning beaders, classes, and workshops.

Size 11 (or 11/0) Seed Beads measure between 2.0-2.2mm. The hole of the bead is at least 0.60mm in width. Beads are sold strung on hanks; each hank contains 12 20-inch strands. Approximately 4,000 beads per hank. Made in the Czech Republic.
