11/0 Charlottes 24k Gold-Plated (single strand)

We are happy to announce that we now have 11/0 Charlottes in 24k Gold! These shiny, gleaming, beautiful gold beads will add some class to any outfit or project. Yes, they are made with real gold; they are a glass bead with 24k gold-plating. We recommend using them for trim on cuffs, leggings, aprons, chokers, barrettes or anything else on your outfit. Metallic beads have a metallic coating over the glass. These are beautiful option for adding some glimmer and glam to your bead project. Basic metallic finish can rub off or tarnish. To prevent tarnish, store beads in a dry, dark place. If these beads are on your powwow outfit, allow it to dry.

Charlotte Cuts have one or two facets per bead, which gives them a subtle sparkle. They are particularly popular for old style beadwork. They are fairly uniform in shape and size. They can be used in virtually any beaded project, including applique or flat stitch, lane stitch, peyote stitch, loomwork, bead weaving, bead stringing and jewelry making.
