Downloadable Products

You are purchasing a Personal Use License to digital files only. No physical products will be shipped. You will need software that supports the use of pdf files in order to access the purchased content.

Returns

All sales of downloadable products are final. Downloadable products cannot be canceled, returned, transferred, or exchanged. 

Delivery

Once purchased, a confirmation email containing a download link will be sent to the provided email address. However, if the downloadable product is purchased online alongside non-downloadable products then the download link will not be sent until the entire order is fulfilled. Additionally, the buyer can access a download link by accessing your previous orders in your powwowsupply.com account. If you used a guest account to purchase the downloadable content, make sure to check your email inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email.
