Returns

All sales of downloadable products are final. Downloadable products cannot be canceled, returned, transferred, or exchanged. 

Delivery

Once purchased, a confirmation email containing a download link will be sent to the provided email address. However, if the downloadable product is purchased online alongside non-downloadable products then the download link will not be sent until the entire order is fulfilled. Additionally, the buyer can access a download link by accessing your previous orders in your powwowsupply.com account. If you used a guest account to purchase the downloadable content, make sure to check your email inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email.
