We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of your order. Returns will be issued store credit. Products must be unopened, unstrung, undamaged and in re-saleable condition.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on clearance items, closeouts, special orders, books, earring findings, rhinestone banding and fabric cut by the yard, kits and sets.
